Adopting high-pressure refrigeration liquefaction and air-cooled technology, this mobile hand-push type equipment can realize efficient recovery, purification, liquefaction storage and refilling of SF6 gas. It can reduce the residual pressure of SF6 in GIS to 1kPa (absolute pressure), with a purification efficiency of up to 99.99%, which fully meets the industrial application requirements of SF6 gas recycling and environmental protection.

The equipment is equipped with high-performance SF6 compressor (55m³/h), vacuum compressor (80m³/h) and vacuum pump (63m³/h), matching professional drying and filtration system, which ensures the purity of recovered SF6 gas and the stability of the whole machine operation. The 600L high-pressure resistant liquid storage vessel adopts special sealing technology to realize safe and reliable long-term storage of SF6 liquid.

1. Negative Pressure Recovery – The vacuum pump extracts the residual SF6 gas in GIS to the recovery unit under negative pressure condition, with final residual pressure ≤-0.1MPa
