WGH series mixed-flow low-temperature continuous paddy rice dryer
is a high-precision grain drying equipment specially developed for
heat-sensitive and crack-prone paddy rice. Adopting advanced
mixed-flow drying & multi-stage tempering composite drying
technology and fully-enclosed clean hot air drying system, it
realizes all-weather, large-scale, automatic and high-standard
drying of freshly harvested high-moisture paddy rice.
Built with heavy-duty tower steel structure and thickened
anti-corrosion hot-dip galvanized steel plate, the machine features
reasonable structure and stable performance. It thoroughly solves
problems including paddy mildew, germination, rice cracking and
quality degradation caused by open-air sunning and ordinary drying
process, helping farmers, grain depots and rice mills achieve
quality improvement, cost reduction and efficiency increase.
1. Process Property: Adopt continuous mixed-flow low-temperature tempering drying mode. Hot air crosses grain layer for uniform heat exchange. Built-in multi-stage drying and tempering sections fully release internal moisture stress of rice kernels, realizing non-destructive precise drying for paddy rice.

Unique bidirectional cross mixed-flow air distribution enables
clean hot air to penetrate grain layer fully without dead zone and
local overheating. Full convection heat exchange greatly improves
drying efficiency, keeping uniform moisture content of dried paddy

Rice
Targeting heat-sensitive rice germ and endosperm, hot air
temperature is controlled below 65℃, and grain temperature is
strictly within 35℃. Low-temperature large-air-volume gentle drying

3. Multi-Stage Tempering Gradient Drying Design
Drying sections and tempering sections are arranged alternately.
