Production Process of Decorative Woven Mesh
The entire weaving process starts with crimping treatment:
professional crimping machines process warp and weft metal wires of
different specs to form standard folds. Warp wires are arranged
neatly and fixed by the loom heald frame. The up-and-down movement
of the heald frame forms weaving gaps, then weft wires are
interlaced and penetrated by manual or automatic tools.
After weft wires are fixed in place, the loom shuttle presses the
weaving joints tightly to ensure overall structural compactness.
The heald frame adjusts positions continuously to form a steady
up-down interweaving structure, completing continuous and
standardized mesh production.
