1 . Types of screw element :

a . SK Screw Element :

Used for the starve- fed

b . TME mixing screw elements :

TME toothed elements can be with reverse helix or neutral angle, and the teeth shape can be divided into a zigzag- shaped teeth and semicircular. TME can be connected with any screw element or kneading disc

element, usually configured transition discs.

c . Star Mixing Screw Element :

Star Mixing Screw Element are used in the mixing zone, with multilobe geometryeliminates meta-radial shear and achieves efficient distributive mixing.

d . SME mixing screw element :

SME mixing screw element are convenient for material leakage, and have no dead zone, but with ordinary mixing effect, so reverse components should be used cooperatively.
