PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

1. Description

In general, ARVX micro-exhaust valve contains about 2VOL% dissolved air in the water. During the process of water conveyance, these air is released from the water and accumulated at the high point of the pipeline to form an air bag (AIR POCKET), which makes the water conveyance difficult and the water conveyance capacity of the system can be reduced by about 5-15%. The main function of this micro exhaust valve is to remove the 2VOL% dissolved air, and suitable for high-rise buildings, factory piping, small pumping stations to protect or improve the system's water delivery efficiency and energy conservation.

SIMPLE LEVER TYPE miniature exhaust valve is a similar elliptical valve body. All parts including floating ball, lever, seat, etc. are 304 stainless steel. The standard exhaust aperture is 1/6"inside. It is suitable for PN16 working pressure environment. Medium temperature: 0-80 °C.

2. Application

ARVX micro-exhaust valve is mainly used in HVAC system, often installed at the commanding point or elbow, to eliminate excess gas in the pipeline, improve the efficiency of pipeline use and reduce energy consumption. Medium temperature: 0-80° C.

Nominal diameter: 10 ~ 25mm

Applicable medium: water, oil and other non corrosive liquids.
