Packaging

Usually in bulk (i.e. no need to pack), but we can use woven bags, wooden cases, wooden pallet and other packaging according to your requirements.

The punching net for export is usually packed on wooden pallets. Each pallet can bear about 1-2.5 tons. Then, it is wrapped with blister paper and fixed with packing belt to prevent the punching net from falling off and damaging.

Very thin stainless steel punching net, only one or two, whether express or logistics, will take a way: roll up, and then wrapped in bags.

5: Trimming

If the edge of the plate in the manufacturing process exceeds the tolerance range you require, our technicians can help you remove the excess edge according to your requirements.

6: Leveling

We can use leveling machine to restore the deformed punching plate to its original flat state. The steel plate with the thickness of 0.8mm-12mm can be leveled.

7: Cleaning

The punching process requires the use of lubricants, but we also have a degreasing process, which can remove the traces on its surface and make the orifice plate clean.

8: Manufacturing and deep processing

In addition to customer booking, we can also provide you with a series of follow-up processing, including: leveling, cutting, labeling, packaging, degreasing, deburring, forming, annealing, painting, electroplating, welding, polishing, bending, coiling, etc.

9: Surface treatment

Punching, leveling, cutting and other processes will lead to the plate surface imperfections, but these imperfections are acceptable in general industrial products. If you have special requirements, we will take additional measures such as powder spraying or painting, electro galvanizing, hot galvanizing, anodizing and so on.
