MACHINE APPLICATION:

This packing machine with motor driven conveyor is an automatic solution for packing tires horizontally (eye vertical).

The machine can be cooperated with the upstream production or handling equipment to complete an automatic packing line for continuous tyre packing, which will greatly enhance the working efficiency and achieve excellent packaging effect for tyre manufacturers.

BASIC FEATURES:

• PLC & HMI are adopted
• Excellent collections. Well-known brands are adopted for main components.
• The turning ring is controlled by converter. Overlap rate could be adjusted according to the requirement.
• Package height could be adjusted for different OD.
• Material tension could be adjusted automatically.
• The special brake device for control the tension of packing material to avoid material folding.
• Separate electrical box for safe operation, technical testing and trouble-shooting.
• Separate material carriage and cutter device make the packing process more efficient.
• Supporting and protection rollers are covered by polyurethane to protect the product.
• Can setting packing tape & stretch film for wrapping just in one packing process to make the working more efficient (option).
