114*3000mm Friction Welding DTH Drill Pipe/ Water Well Drill Rod With API 3 1/2REG Thread

Drill pipe, is hollow, thin-walled, steel or aluminium alloy piping that is used on drilling rigs. It is hollow to allow drilling fluid to be pumped down the hole through the bit and back up the annulus.

It is mainly used in rotary percussive drilling that contains gases and liquids. Its main components include pipe (rod) body and joint.

114mm water well drill rod is mainly used for water well drilling, dth blasthole drilling.

The standard thread is API 2 7/8REG or API 3 1/2REG. We can also produce it with 3 1/2" IF thread as per client's requirement.

We can supply 114mm water well drill rod with 0.5m, 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m and 6m etc.

Water Well Drill Rod is mainly used for borehole water well drilling and geothermal drilling etc.

End-upsetting process can meet with API 5D standard.

The steel grade can reach to G105 or S135 after heat treatment of thickened pipe

The forging process and heat treatment of the pipe joint can be up to API SPEC7-1 standard.

Welding line performance can reach the API SPEC 7 standard.

Packing: The Water Well Drill Rod is normally packed by steel frame.
Delivery: Normally 7-10 days after down payment.
