The XY-886 tuning fork density meter is a high-precision, highly
applicable vibration principle density meter produced by
introducing the most advanced frequency tracking technology from
abroad. The product design adopts plug-in installation and is
widely used in pipelines, open tanks and closed containers.

The tuning fork densitometer sensor is composed of two
piezoelectric crystals. One piezoelectric crystal generates
vibration, and the other piezoelectric crystal detects vibration.
The tuning fork sensor has a built-in temperature sensor to
compensate the vibration of the piezoelectric crystal.

The tuning fork densitometer sensor is designed according to the vibration principle of components. This vibration element is similar to a two-tooth tuning fork. The fork body vibrates due to a piezoelectric crystal located at the root of the tooth, and the vibration frequency is detected by another piezoelectric crystal. The fork is stabilized at the natural resonant frequency by phase shifting and amplifying circuits. When the medium flows through the fork, the resonant frequency changes due to the change of the quality of the medium.
