Shining's 5 Wire Car Touch Panel:

In analog 4-wire resistive technology, one sheet has equipotential distribution in X direction, and the other sheet has equipotential distribution in Y direction. The two sheets measure each other’s voltages. In analog 5-wire resistive technology on the other hand, one sheet (bottom sheet) has equipotential distribution in both X and Y directions. Voltage of the bottom sheet is measured by the top sheet. In other words, the electrodes for both X and Y directions are placed on the bottom sheet. The top sheet does not have electrode and just measures the voltage of the bottom sheet.

10000-class dust-free workshops cover an area of over 2000 square meters, in which more than 200 square meters is equipped with100-class dust-free workshops. Moreover, some key equipment is introduced from Taiwan, such as IR ovens, Laser machines, etc.

6. Safe Packaging and Delivery

Up till now, every order of our touch panels has reached our clients abroad successfully without any damage. We pack touch panels with blister tray or foam box as requested first, certainly, there is a piece of protective film on it; and second, put into a bag and make it vacuum; lastly, put into a carton box.

We own over 2000 square meters 10,000-class dust-free workshops and more than 200 square meters are equipped with 100-class dust-free workshops, which basically ensures the cleanliness of our touch panels. Regarding our R&D and production ability, we have 12 experienced people in the management and there are more than 50 workers, most of who have been with us for over 3 years. Moreover, in order to guarantee the quality from the start, we only purchase brand materials and some key steps, such as silk-printing, laminating, cutting, FPC bonding etc., are all operated by automatic machine and skill-experienced workers. Additionally, we carry out 100% inspection to make sure that each piece touch panel delivered from warehouse can meet our clients’ requirements.
